HOW MUCH vs HOW MANY
"Many" se usa para nombres plurales contables.
- How many students were there? ¿Cuántos estudiantes habían allí? ---> los estudiantes se pueden contar: un estudiante, dos estudiantes...
Mientras que "much" se usa para nombres singulares incontables
- How much milk is in the fridge? ¿Cuánta leche hay en la heladera/nevera? --> leche y café, por ejemplo, son incontable a no ser que digas: una taza de café/leche: a coup of coffee/milk
There is too much information. Hay demasiada información. --> informarción, tiempo, por ejemplo, son incontables, no se puede decir: un tiempo, una información, sino que: mucha/poca/nada información
